Honduras Marzo Munoz *Late Harvest*
When you get very specific in coffee sourcing, you start looking into weekly outturns from a particular farm. This is the late harvest of Marzo Munos 2020 crop, all cherry harvested in the final weeks of the season.
Depth and clarity are big goals when selecting lots, here we have both. After waiting to peak ripeness, this lot was fully washed and dried on raised beds.
Baking spices like cinnamon and clove come through in the aromatics. It has a coconut creme sweetness and mouthfeel, anchoring this coffee's pleasing tangerine acidity. We have been blessed to get these gems from San Vicente mill, we hope you enjoy this one.
