Guatemala Retana *New*

This outstanding Guatemalan microlot comes from the multiple award-winning classic estate, Finca Retana. They grow their coffee separated by varietal, some of the most delicious being the yellow bourbon. 

The last time we visited, harvest was in full swing and we were able to walk through the shaded shrub rows tasting and comparing coffee cherries from each variety. The yellow bourbon cherries were so much sweeter than the others, we could hardly believe it. We are privileged to bring you this 100% yellow bourbon microlot from producer Fernando Cofiño and being milled through Zelcafe.
