Guatemala Aragon *New*
The yield in Guatemala this season was half what it was last year. Prices were much increased due to this, but the good news is quality is high. And our firm relationships in the region got us access to lots that many got turned away from.
This is our tenth year buying coffee from Aragon, it's such a delicious and structured coffee. Finca Aragon is situated right in the heart of Antigua, Guatemala. Alejandro Zelaya has owned the farm for ten years, and it's planted mostly with Bourbon and Caturra.
This coffee shows a lot of sweet fruit characteristics: plum and rainier cherries, anchored with notes of walnut and nougat.
This coffee is a sweetie pie, please enjoy it
