Our roaster Kylie got to travel to Addis Ababa this winter with Royal Coffee and this is one of the top lots she selected.

Green coffee stability is one of the biggest issues with Ethiopian coffees the last few years, it can be a gamble to contract coffees at origin. But finding and working with the best washing stations, farmer groups, exporters and importers is the key to making that work. This way we have first picking of all lots coming out of an origin, and can guarantee the best for our customers.
