Colombia Mateo Bahamon *Pink Bourbon*

This very limited lot is as floral and bright as any Colombian we've tried, much do to the variety Pink Bourbon. It's got a vibrant flavor profile, fully washed but distinctly sweet and fruit forward. Citric and syrupy blood orange, big floral aromatics and cup qualities with a rich brown sugar sweetness. Excitement in a cup. We got our hands on this parcel from our friends at Osito Coffee.
