Colombia José Narváez

Jose's farm Finca Senderito in the municipality of San Lorenzo, which is known for it's very steep mountains, fragmented farms and challenging access. Coffee here is grown with great effort on some of the highest slopes in Colombia, on small plots carved into rugged terrain where mechanization is absent and the majority of work is done by hand. 

Processing:  Traditional washed, 48hr fermentation, parabolic drying for 10-15 days, hand sorted and grain pro packed
