Gatomboya is one of the most elite coffee factories operating out of Nyeri year after year. I think of it like the Cabernet of Kenya, the fruit it brings is like a sun ripened blackberry bramble anchored in so much depth of Maple Syrup sweetness and rich like that too. Some hibiscus florality in the aromatics make this such a velvety and structured cup. If Kenyan coffees are top of the pile when it comes to cup score and elegance, Gatomboya is the King of the mountain.
