Honduras Jesus Marin


                The second of our five Honduran microlots this year comes from farmer Jesus Marin. This is the only coffee we purchased through San Vicente mill that is not grown in Santa Barbara. Marin's farm is several hours north in Cabañas, right along the border of Guatemala. Also unique amongst the others, it is comprised of the varieties red and yellow catuai, compared to the Pacas that we've come to know and love of our Honduran coffees. This is a truly sweet cup, with high notes of nectarine and aromatics of vanilla, anchored in a heavy cream depth and sweet graham cracker. This is one to share and to love!
