Ethiopia Gora Kone

There is a river valley at the base of a mountain in Nensebo, and up the mountain coffee farms are dotted, all bringing their ripe cherry harvest down to the washing station of Gora Kone. This coffee used to be categorized by the general Sidamo term, but with increasing traceability and separation, we have accessed this micro region of Ethiopian coffee. 

Sourced via our partners at Trabocca, this lot is dense, delicately flavored and beautifully sorted. Flavor notes of raspberry jam, earl grey tea and sweet sugar cookie make this a succulent cup. Enjoy this top scoring lot
