Colombia El Naranjo Microlot #2

Introducing our Colombian Microlot Series:

These are the cream of the crop coming out of southern Colombia this harvest. 

We have purchased 4 exceedingly small micro-lots out of Nariño. Each of these 4 parcels are 560lb lots from single farms, or 9 batches worth. We expect each to only last 2-3 weeks. 

Our second release is from the town of Tunja and farmer Carlos Cañar. It bears repeating, each of these microlots are from a single very small farm in the mountains of Narino. This 100% Castillo lot was picked at peak ripeness, washed hulled and dried on patio for 13 days, a bit longer than some of the other lots this season. 

This coffee brings vibrant sweet mandarin orange acidity, a touch of basil in the aromatics and soothing like sweet tea, rounding out a succulent honeycomb cup.
