Ethiopia Suke Quto
This lot can be traced back to the farms of 278 outgrowers in the Odo Shakiso Woreda in Guji. Tesfaye Bekele of the famed Suke Quto farm sorted, depulped, washed and dried this coffee at his washing station, before sending it on to Moredocofe's dry mill for final processing. The recent traceability of Ethiopian coffees is such a breath of fresh air after so many years of obscurity. We purchased this lot from Trabocca, our favorite Ethiopian importer, and thanks to them for the work.
In the cup, this coffee shines with rich apricot notes, sweet and deep Ovaltine vibes, and a vanilla aroma through brewing and drinking. Please enjoy it!
