The Halo Beriti mill has top tier quality coffee on lock:
Red cherry, raised beds, pristine processing conditions
Gedeo smallholder farmers washing and processing their coffee at the famed Halo Beriti washing station, founded in 2017 but with deep roots going far back. Partners Abeyot and Mebrahtu own the mill together and source red cherry from many of the local growers in the near area.
This lot brings vibrance in notes of raspberry, florality of violets and a touch of rhubarb savory and acidity to the fore. We love our washed Ethiopian coffees here at Kuma. We sourced this lot from our friends at Trabocca coffee.
Please enjoy!
