It's been many years since a honey processed coffee has graced our lineup. Honey process means that during cherry processing they remove the skins of the coffee cherry but leave on the mucilage during drying. This imparts a touch of fruitiness that isn't all the way into Natural territory, but gives it a certain elegance.
