Story:           Our Red Bear Espresso is formulated to be caramel sweet and cocoa smooth with just enough fruit in the finish to remind you that this coffee's got a little attitude. Recommended for use as as espresso, macchiato, cappaccino and in lattes with up to 10oz of milk. The base of this coffee always consists of a super sweet and mild Brazil Pulp Natural from our direct trade partner Condado Estate.

Prep:           21gram dose, 200F, 23-26 seconds, 1.5oz

                    30% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Adulina Washed

Notes:          Caramel, cocoa, orange marmalade, intense cane sugar sweetness.

Roast:          City+ (light-medium)
