Kuma Coffee

El Salvador Nombre Dios **94 Points**

Story:                In February 2011 we cupped with Maria and Javier Botto in a rustic log cabin on their farm. One of the cups on the table was a knockout of a coffee and we knew we had to lock it up. This microlot is from the Arenal region of the farm and has the sweetest, brightest bourbon we've tasted in a long time. A lot of coffee from this region was also submitted to the 2011 El Salvador Cup of Excellence and won 11th place. Congratulations Maria and Javier!
