Story: Farmer James Andrade did a fantastic job in in preparing this 11 bag microlot of coffee. First the cherries were all picked at a perfect hue of red. All were hand pulped and fermented in a clean tiled tank for 13 hours. Afterwards they were washed and then dried out on patios for 12 days until at 10.5% moisture. The care taken in this coffee will be tasted in its fruit forward profile and the its piquant acidity. We hope you love this special lot as much as we do!
