The Colombia Caldera is from a small producer group of five farmers scattered around the volcano rim outside of Pasto, Narino. This type of coffee is called a "complete coffee" because it showcases good body, sweetness, fruit and chocolate. Its a coffee that everyone cherishes, enjoys and can sip from sun up to sun down. The fact that Caldera was grown at multiple small farms among the fertile volcanic soil adds complexity to the coffee.
