Story: This is the sister lot to our Tano Batak coffee that was brought to us by Klassik Coffee Processing station in Lintong. Klassik is a one-of-a-kind coffee processor in Sumatra. The operation is dedicated to only purchasing ripe cherry, meticulously sorting to be nearly defect free and taking great care to dry the coffee down to optimal moisture content before preserving in grain pro. The results are beautifully fruited Sumatran coffees that are clean, sweet and overflowing with complex acidity. This is sure to be one coffee that will open your eyes and make you reevaluate coffee origin stereotypes.
