35th Ave Espresso is our flagship blend. It is comprised of South American, Central American, African and Pacific coffees. The perfect pull provides a pudding-like nectar of cocoa, licorice, figs, cinnamon and sweet dried cherries. Kuma prefers to pull it at 199.5F with a 19gram updose for 24 seconds.

   El Dozo Decaf Espresso - Swiss Water Process  .........Green

El Dozo Decaf Espresso isn't your grandmama's decaf. Your going to swear that your drinking regular, but won't have the nervous twitch. This blend is mostly Brazilian, Guatemalan and Sumatran goodness. Oompalumpas jump on the beans until all the caffeine is squeezed out. We pull our decaf at 202F with a 19gram updose for 27 seconds.

Costa Rica Santa Elena Estate .......................................Green

Santa Elena Estate has been producing some delicious Tarazzu coffee. This particular lot is well balanced, creme-brulee sweet with a hint of meyer lemon and hazelnut.

Ethiopia Sidamo Chelfit Gr. 3 Natural .........................Green

Another wonderful Ethiopian coffee. This one displays cane sugar sweetness, tropical fruit finish and a body that harbors spices, honeydew and strawberry. This coffee is a perfect trifecta of working great as single origin espresso, an espresso component and for a french press or pourover. Cupped a 88.
