El Dozo Decaf Espresso isn't your grandmama's decaf. Your going to swear that your drinking regular, but won't have the nervous twitch. This blend is mostly Brazilian, Guatemalan and Sumatran goodness. Oompalumpas jump on the beans until all the caffeine is squeezed out. We pull our decaf at 202F with a 19gram updose for 27 seconds.
