Catching up with Kuma at SCAA April 05 2013
We've been working hard this past week to ready competition coffees for 3 competitors representing Kuma Coffee at SCAA in Boston April 11-14. We've also been roasting some pretty incredible single origin espressos and filter coffees that are currently degassing and being readied for an extraction in only a few shorts days. We'd like to share with our craft with you. We look forward to catching up with old friends and making lots of new friends. Come search us out. 8am-11am Meet the Roaster at Crema Cafe in Harvard Square
11am-12:30pm Slayer Espresso booth (pulling some Kuma Single Origin Espresso)
2-3:30pm Synesso Espesso booth (pulling some Kuma Single Origin Espresso)
11am-1pm La Marzocco booth (pulling some Kuma Single Origin Espresso)
1pm-3pm Baratza booth (brewing chemexes of our new Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere)
3pm-5pm Kalita/La Marzocco brew bar (brewing chemexes of our new Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere)
